A quick update on my excercise regime.
I've been treadmilling for 4 weeks now.
5-6 days a week.
Averaging 35 minutes per day.
I think I'm starting to see results.
My earlobes look waaaaaaay skinnier.
As do my elbows.
And my knees.
Woo-Hoo!
Ben & Jerry's all around, I say!

Great job Laci!!!! I've been walking so much, more than I ever expected but still enjoying the mini donuts, cheeros, and all the other goodies up here.....
